  • ROH on HonorClub Episode 48 Preview

ROH ON HONOR CLUB is available only at WatchROH.com, and this week's edition showcases some of the finest professional wrestlers on the planet today! The action gets underway at 7pm ET/6pm CT, and includes the ROH World Tag Team Champions, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett of The Undisputed Kingdom, welcoming Gringo Loco and Gravity onto the Proving Ground! Plus Iron Savages and Jacked Jameson in Trios action against The Infantry and Lee Moriarty, as well as a huge Woman's Trios contest including Lady Frost and Taya Valkyrie! In addition, Zak Knight is back in action against Aaron Solo, The SAP meet Griff Garrrison and Cole Karter in a tag team battle , and plenty more on tap when ROH ON HONOR CLUB comes to you this Thursday night EXCLUSIVELY on Honor Club! TAG TEAM ACTION... The SAP (Angelico & Serpentico) vs. Cole Karter & Griff Garrison (w/ Maria) For the better part of the last month, Angelico and Serpentico have been married to Cole Karter and Griff Garrison, and unfortunately been on the losing end of that equation almost every time. Whether it was Serpentico dropping singles matches to both of them or trying to team up to fight Dalton Castle, The Boys, and Gravity and failing, victory has not been on the side of The Spanish Announce Project. But that hasn't stopped them from coming after Maria's baby boys, even attacking them backstage during an interview, and now their little rivalry comes to a head this Thursday night on Honor Club when the two duos finally meet in tag team action! Can Serpentico, with Angelico at his side, finally find a victory over Cole and Griff? Or will it be Maria's presence that sways the balance to the side of her baby boys and puts another defeat on The SAP record? WOMEN'S TRIOS BOUT... Diamante, Leila Grey, & Taya Valkyrie vs. Kiera Hogan, Lady Frost, & Trish Adora To say the Women's Division in Ring of Honor is tense would be quite an understatement, just look at the interview embedded above that Lexy Nair attempted to get with the four women involved in last week's 8-Woman tag team bout. The tension that was quite evident there unsurprisingly led to a loss for Taya's team, and perhaps it is because everyone is jockeying for their position in the ROH Women's World Television Title picture, but that isn't stopping unions from being formed where it's convenient. Such is the case this Thursday night when Taya Valkyrie is aligned with Diamante and Leila Grey to take on two of the women who bested her last week, Lady Frost and Kiera Hogan, and their third Trish Adora.  Now several weeks ago it was Taya, partnered with the Renegade sisters, who handed Frost, Hogan, and Adora a Trios loss, but with these two new partners, will she have the same success? And when the time comes for the Television Title picture to become clear, how will these multi-woman bouts factor into the equation? There are lots of hungry individuals in the division, and at this point it seems few allies supporting one another beyond the convenience of the moment. Will these six women find their names in the hat when title talk time comes? ALSO FEATURING: -Nyla Rose in action! -Zak Knight vs. Aaron Solo -The Righteous in tag team competition! -The Outrunners vs. Willie Mack & Blake Christian -“All Ego” Ethan Page in action! -Red Velvet!! -Billie Starkz competes! -Abadon is back! - AND MORE!!!!!

  • ROH on HonorClub Episode 47 Preview

ROH ON HONOR CLUB is EXCLUSIVELY available at WatchROH.com, and features the best in wrestling action from competitors around the globe! The night kicks off at 7pm ET/6pm CT, and features Kyle Fletcher again defending his ROH World Television Championship, this time against Christopher Daniels, while Matt Taven and Mike Bennett put their ROH World Tag Titles on the line against the Iron Savages, and the AAA Mega Championship is at stake between champion El Hijo del Vikingo and challenger Action Andretti! All that, and plenty more, is coming to you on Thursday night only on Honor Club! ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... Kyle Fletcher(c) vs. “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels Kyle Fletcher's quest to be the best continues this Thursday night on Honor Club as the ROH World Television Champion takes on the challenge of ROH's first Grand Slam Champion: “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels! With thirty-four days and two defenses to his resume thus far, Fletcher has a long way to go to break the records held by Samoa Joe (length of reign) and Jay Lethal (# of defenses), but this member of Don Callis' Family is in it for the long haul.  Unfortunately for him, that road has to go through one of the most successful members of the ROH roster, the first man to hold the ROH World, Tag Team, Television, and Trios Championship titles, just a Pure Championship away from holding every title possible. Daniels has been on a quest to capture any Ring of Honor gold since the new era began, challenging for the World Title, the Six-Man Titles, the Pure Title, and the TV Title all in 2023, but has been stifled in every attempt thus far. Can “The Fallen Angel” turn those fortunes around and pick up his first ROH Championship since he, Scorpio Sky, and Frankie Kazarian wore the Six-Man straps in 2018? Or will Kyle Fletcher continue his quest to be the best? He has already surpassed the reigns of Minoru Suzuki, Will Ospreay, and Dalton Castle, and that of Tracy Williams is next on the list should Kyle defeat Daniels this Thursday! ROH WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... The Undisputed Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett)(c) vs. Iron Savages (Bronson & Boulder w/ Jacked Jameson) When it was revealed that The Devil's Masked Men who'd taken the ROH World Tag Titles from MJF were Matt Taven and Mike Bennett, it looked like The Kingdom finally got what they'd been chasing since the dawn of the ROH's new era. For the third time Taven and Bennett had their hands on the championships they last lost to The Briscoes at FINAL BATTLE 2021: END OF AN ERA, but now that they have them, the fight to keep them begins! It starts this Thursday night with their very first defense, and their opponents are the hungry young pair known as Iron Savages! Bronson and Boulder are coming off a victory over The Boys last week, and hope to parlay that victory into their first taste of championship success in Ring of Honor. They've scored championships in their life outside AEW/ROH, but now is the time for Bronson and Boulder to experience that success in Ring of Honor! Can Iron Savages redeem their December 2nd COLLISION loss to Taven and Bennett and shatter the domination aspirations of The Undisputed Kingdom? AAA MEGA CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... El Hijo del Vikingo(c) vs. Action Andretti Ten days ago El Hijo del Vikingo officially became the longest-reigning AAA Mega Champion of all-time, surpassing Kenny Omega's 765 day record, and he gets to celebrate it this Thursday night on Honor Club with a bout against one of pro wrestling's hottest young stars! Action Andretti first burst onto the scene with that upset victory over Chris Jericho at DYNAMITE: WINTER IS COMING 2022, and at first was fighting to prove it wasn't a fluke. Now, over a year later, Andretti has shown the world that his talent is what got him to that spot, and now it's just a matter of time before he wears a championship title around his waist! Perhaps that will finally come to fruition with this ROH ON HONOR CLUB AAA Mega Championship bout! Action and Vikingo have clashed in the past, with Andretti and Top Flight taking that Trios victory, they've also been on the same side of a losing Trios contest with BULLET CLUB GOLD, but this will be their first one-on-one encounter, and given their respective skill sets, it is certain to be a hard-hitting, high-flying exhibition of unforgettable proportions! ONE-ON-ONE... Mark Briscoe vs. Serpentico Wednesday night marked one year since the untimely passing of Jay Briscoe, and his memory was celebrated by the incredible moment in the video embedded above. However, this Thursday night on Honor Club, the grind continues as Mark Briscoe returns home for the first-time since FINAL BATTLE 2023 to take on The SAP's Serpentico! As of late, Serpentico has been wrapped up in issues with Griff Garrison and Cole Karter, but this week he'll have to focus on other things when he steps into the ring with the former 13-Time ROH World Tag Champion! ALSO FEATURING: -DIAMANTE IN ACTION! -TOP FLIGHT VS. THE BUTCHER & THE BLADE!! -BILLIE STARKZ, KIERA HOGAN, LADY FROST, & QUEEN AMINATA VS. LEYLA HIRSCH, RACHAEL ELLERING, ROBYN RENEGADE, & TAYA VALKYRIE!!! -CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI VS. BRYAN KEITH!!!! -NYLA ROSE IN ACTION!!!!! -AND SO MUCH MORE!!!!!!

  • New ROH World Six-Man Champions Crowned

ROH World Six-Man Championship Match! The Mogul Embassy (c.)—Bishop Kaun, Toa Liona, & “The Machine” Brian Cage vs. Bullet Club Gold— “Switchblade” Jay White, and The Gunns—Austin & Colten! Toa backed up Jay White. Toa tried for a chop, but Jay ducked it. Jay blistered up Toa’s chest with chops of his own. Toa retaliated with a heavy chop and then multiple knee strikes to Jay’s lower back. Bishop Kaun tagged in and continued the assault on White. Jay White landed a dragon screw leg whip and tagged out to Colten. Colten stomped on Kaun and then Austin tagged in. Cage grabbed a tag but ate some right hands from Austin. Brian Cage retaliated with a German Suplex. The Gates of Agony double teamed Austin, double teaming him. Colten tagged in and cleaned house on the Mogul Embassy! Colten nailed Cage with a neck breaker. Toa ran in and sent Colten for a ride with a wicked pounce! The Gates of Agony hurled Colten into Cage and Cage power bombed Colten! Kaun connected with an Air Raid Crash, but Austin and Jay ran in to make the save and break up the pin. Jay White shoved Cage into the steel ring post! Jay White lit up Bishop with heavy chops, sending thunderous echoes throughout the arena. The Gunns blasted Cage with the 3:10 to Yuma! Bishop Kaun split leg dropkicked the Gunns. Kaun distracted the ref while Prince Nana tripped up Jay White. Kaun hit a lung blower on Jay White for a near fall. Prince Nana jumped in the ring with the belt, ready to hit White while Kaun distracted the ref. Anthony Bowens sprinted to the ring and pulled the belt away from Prince Nana! Jay White rocked Kaun with the Blade Runner and pinned him! And new ROH World Six-Man Champions…Bullet Club Gold! AEW Trios Champs The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass came out onto the ramp and saluted Bullet Club Gold with the scissor hand gesture. “Could we be seeing the genesis of the Bang Bang Scissor Gang?” wondered Excalibur.

  • The ROH World Six-Man Titles Will Be On The Line On AEW Dynamite

ROH WORLD SIX-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... The Mogul Embassy (Bishop Kaun, Brian Cage, & Toa Liona)(c) vs. BULLET CLUB GOLD (Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, & Jay White) On the heels of defeating The Righteous and “The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer to retain the ROH World Six-Man Titles, Prince Nana actually stepped up to the plate and made the challenge himself for BULLET CLUB GOLD to fight The Mogul Embassy this Wednesday night on DYNAMITE! It wasn't The Bang Bang Gang chasing after them, although they've definitely voiced those intentions, but the champions taking the first shot rather than potential challengers. “Switchblade” Jay White and The Gunns had no problem accepting the challenge, nor any qualms about mocking their opponents this week in South Carolina. While that may not be the smartest move, mockery is something in which The Bang Bang Gang is well versed, and frequently uses to play with their opponents before the big fight. These three members of BC GOLD have had a few weeks to rest up, something sorely needed by Jay White after his tour of duty in the Continental Classic, and are ready to bring some gold to their little clique, but to do that, they'll have to survive three of the biggest, baddest monsters in All Elite Wrestling or Ring of Honor, as well as one of the craftiest managers pro wrestling has seen in the last twenty years!

ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP... Kyle Fletcher(c) vs. Angelico After capturing the vacant ROH World TV Title at FINAL BATTLE 2023, Kyle Fletcher stated his goal was to become the longest-reigning, most successful champion in the fourteen year history of the championship. That means surpassing everyone from the very first champion, Eddie Edwards, to the man prior to Kyle in Samoa Joe. Joe's reign ended with him holding the record for longest reign at 574 days while Jay Lethal's second reign holds the defense records at 38. That means Kyle's got 37 more defenses to go following his victory over Willie Mack, and 548 more days to survive as champion in order to top Joe. Clearly Fletcher is serious about this business though as for the second consecutive week on Honor Club, he will step into the ring and put the ROH World Television Championship on the line! His opponent this Thursday night is none other than The Spanish Announce Project's Angelico, making his second bid for a Ring of Honor title, and his first for the World TV Championship. Can Angelico, coming off a victory over Christopher Daniels in his last singles match, rock Kyle Fletcher's world and bring an end to his grand plans of making history? ONE-ON-ONE... Cole Karter vs. Serpentico Last week it was Griff Garrison who picked up the victory over Serpentico, continuing to escalate a rivalry that began a month ago after The SAP, Garrison, and Karter lost to Dalton Castle, The Boys, and Gravity in an 8-Man tag. But as you can see in the video embedded above, Serpentico didn't take that loss easily and, along with Angelico, chose to sneak attack Griff and Cole during an interview. That means this week on Honor Club, while Angelico tries to bring a title to The SAP, Serpentico will tackle a match with the other half of Maria's kids, Cole Karter! Now Karter may hold an 8/1/22 ELEVATION victory over Serpentico, but this is Ring of Honor, and here Serpentico has actually managed to win a few matches! Can he add another one to his resume this Thursday, or will Cole Karter fare the same as his tag partner when faced with the Snake Man? 2 OUT OF 3 FALLS... Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor & Lee Moriarty) vs. The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Capt. Shawn Dean) Last week on Honor Club, Shane Taylor Promotions was victorious in a Three Way Tag bout over The Infantry and The Boys, pinned one of The Boys to score the victory, after it seemed The Infantry had the victory in the palm of their hand. It wasn't the first time Shane Taylor pulled one out over The Infantry, during this past summer's World TV Title Eliminator, Shane T beat Shawn Dean to advance while a few months later he and Lee would score a tag team victory over The Infantry. Carlie and Captain would even the score in an eight-man tag a month later, but it's STP who hold the advantage after last week's Three Way win. So that is why it has come to this, a 2/3 Falls contest to determine which team is the dominant force in Ring of Honor, and worthy of perhaps facing The Undisputed Kingdom for the championship titles now that Matt Taven and Mike Bennett have been revealed as the goons behind the masks! Will it be STP or The Infantry who comes out on top of this grueling contest? The only way to watch it unfold is on Honor Club! ALSO FEATURING: -Four Corner Survival: Queen Aminata vs. Lady Frost vs. Diamante vs. Trish Adora -Four Corner Survival: Jack Cartwheel vs. Slim J vs. Gravity vs. Blake Christian -“The Technical Beast” Josh Woods in action! -Leyla Hirsch and Rachael Ellering! -The Righteous return to ROH! -Tony Nese competes! -Zak Knight in action! -Iron Savages (w/ Jacked Jameson) vs. The Boys (Brandon & Brent Tate) -AND MORE!!!

ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... Kyle Fletcher(c) vs. Willie Mack At FINAL BATTLE 2023, Aussie Open's Kyle Fletcher outlasted five other individuals to claim the vacant ROH World Television Champion, eliminating Bryan Kieth and Komander from Survival of the Fittest 2023 to earn the crown. Now Fletcher has set the goal for himself of becoming the longest reigning champion of all-time (Samoa Joe set the record at 574 days) with the most defenses (Jay Lethal notched 36 in his second reign), and in order to do either, he needs to get to work ASAP. Fully aware of that being the case, Fletcher laid out an Open Challenge and did not have to wait long to hear it answered! This Thursday, Fletcher's quest to be the greatest TV Champion of all-time begins on Honor Club when he faces perennial contender Willie Mack! Mack has been hungry for Ring of Honor Championship success since the day he first returned to ROH and faced Claudio Castagnoli on the ROH World Title's Proving Ground, but has yet to achieve that dream after fighting for the World Six-Man Title against The Mogul Embassy and the World TV Title against Samoa Joe. Now he looks to accomplish his goal with a rematch against Kyle Fletcher this Thursday; with their first fight going to Kyle back on HONOR CLUB #35, this is an opportunity for Willie Mack to both even the score and score his first ROH title. Can he pull it off, or will this be the first step on Kyle Fletcher's path towards being the best? TAG TEAM BATTLE... Leyla Hirsch & Rachael Ellering vs. Diamante & Mercedes Martinez For the last several months, Leyla Hirsch was courted by Maria Kanellis-Bennett to sign on under her brand with the selling point being that Maria would lead Leyla to success in her ROH career. Rachael Ellering got pulled into that as well, but the two women both learned quite quickly that Maria was looking for nothing more than the spotlight. So with Kanellis-Bennett now left by the wayside, Ellering and Hirsch look to move forward in their ROH careers with a focus on competition and racking up victories. Enter Diamante and Mercedes Martinez; together they are 2-1 in their tag team outings between AEW and ROH, including the Tornado Tag Team victory over Athena and Billie Starkz on HONOR CLUB 35. They are badasses who love the fight, and are looking forward to throwing down with Hirsch and Ellering in the latter's second match as a team, their first a victory on HONOR CLUB 38 over The Renegades! ALSO FEATURING: -The Workhorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake) and Gringo Loco vs. El Hijo del Vikingo, Komander, & Lee Johnson -Red Velvet vs. Alex Gracia -Queen Aminata in action! -Peter Avalon vs. Dalton Castle -“The Murderhawk Monster” Lance Archer! -Serpentico vs. Griff Garrison The first ROH ON HONOR CLUB episode of 2024 is available exclusively at WatchROH.com starting at 7pm ET/6pm CT, and features ROH World TV Champion Kyle Fletcher in his first defense against challenger Willie Mack! Plus Leyla Hirsch & Rachael Ellering fight Diamante & Mercedes Martinez, Griff Garrison locks up with Serpentico, Dalton Castle will be in action against Peter Avalon, and plenty more to whet your wrestling palate!

  • ROH on HonorClub Episode 44 Preview

This past Wednesday night on DYNAMITE fans witnessed Maxwell Jacob Friedman lose the ROH World Tag Title to The Devil's Masked Men after opting to go solo against the unknown entities after Samoa Joe was apparently attacked. It became quite obvious after the bout ended that Joe was not as hurt as it seemed... So where does this leave the ROH World Tag Team Championship? Just who is behind the masks holding the gold? Hopefully that mystery will come to light along with The Devil's identity; in the meantime there's work to be done, including the crowning of the first-ever ROH Women's World Television Championship! ROH ON HONOR CLUB is available only at WatchROH.com (www.watchroh.com), and the action begins at at 7pm ET/6pm CT for the final episode of 2023! We will see Ethan Page, coming off his amazing “I Quit” victory at FINAL BATTLE 2023, in action against Johnny TV while The Iron Savages and Jacked Jameson are in Trios competition against men who made huge impacts at ROH's year end-extravaganza, The Von Erichs and Bryan Keith! Billie Starkz will be on-hand, as will “The Native Beast” Nyla Rose, and Zak Knight goes into battle against “Pretty” Peter Avalon! It can only been seen on Honor Club (www.watchroh.com), the home for ROH's new era of honor as well as twenty-plus years of the most influential professional wrestling company of this century! It's where so many of today's top athletes cut their teeth, including Bryan Danielson, The Elite, and Samoa Joe, as well as where the greatest competitors of today continue to make an impact and change the game week-by-week! ONE-ON-ONE... “All Ego” Ethan Page vs. Johnny TV “All Ego” Ethan Page, after defeating Tony Nese at FINAL BATTLE 2023 in their must-see “I Quit”, is laser-focused on being in the hunt for a championship; be it the World Television Championship won by Kyle Fletcher via Survival of the Fittest or the ROH World Championship held, at least until WORLDS END, by Eddie Kingston. The fate of the ROH World Title hinges on the outcome of the Continental Classic, but the ROH World TV Title has a home around the waist of Fletcher, and based on what he's said before, that seems to be where Ethan's sights are set. As for his opponent this week on Honor Club, Johnny TV seems to have his set on just being a general thorn in the side of Dalton Castle, going so far as to cost Castle the Survival of the Fittest at FINAL BATTLE '23, and apparently relishing in the misery he's caused the former ROH World Championship.  So while he needs to be wary of the repercussions for those actions, Johnny needs to be focused going on the task at hand when he steps into the fight with “All Ego” Ethan Page on Thursday. Page has never been more focused, meaning he's never been more deadly, and if Johnny TV isn't 100% zeroed in on this fight, he can kiss a victory goodbye before he even enters the ring! TRIOS MATCH... The Iron Savages (Bronson & Boulder) and Jacked Jameson vs. The Von Erichs (Marshall & Ross) and “Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith FINAL BATTLE 2023 was a banner night for The Von Erichs and Bryan Keith; brothers Marshall and Ross scored a victory over The Outrunners during ZERO HOUR, and “The Bounty Hunter” Bryan Keith earned his way into the Survival of the Fittest 2023 bout with a win over Jack Cartwheel! While Keith was unable to parlay that into a ROH World Television Championship victory, he (and the Von Erichs) impressed AEW & ROH officials to the point that all three had big opportunities over the next week. Orange Cassidy offered “The Bounty Hunter” a shot at the AEW International Championship the next night on COLLISION while Ross and Marshall topped The Workhorsemen last week during ROH ON HONOR CLUB. Now those three men come together this week on Honor Club to face the challenge of Jacked Jameson and The Iron Savages! Those three men are coming off a loss to Lance Archer and The Righteous one week ago, and looking to rebound against these three new entrants to the ROH fold. Can the Savage Sauce help them bounce back with a victory? Or will the nascent trio of Keith and The Von Erichs score the “W” this Thursday? ALSO FEATURING: -Zak Knight vs. “Pretty” Peter Avalon -Billie Starkz vs. Vertvixen -Tony Nese in action! -Kiera Hogan, Lady Frost, & Trish Adora vs. The Renegades & Taya Valkyrie -Nyla Rose back in ROH! -And more!!!
