  • ROH on Honor Club Episode 108 Preview

Thursday night is upon us once again, and that means ROH ON HONOR CLUB is back! Tonight we've got a loaded event with the ROH World Television Championship taking center stage. Not only are AR Fox and Kevin Knight set to clash with a future title bout at stake, but ROH World TV Champion Komander is set to defend his title against CMLL's Dark Panther! In addition to those two tremendous match-ups, we will see the Lucha de Trios action return tonight when Mistico, Neon, & Fuego take on Hechicero, Rugido, & Volador Jr.! Plus, Top Flight is in tag team action once again as they face Aaron Solo and QT Marshall, while Satnam Singh, LFI, and La Catalina are all in action of their own! ROH ON HONOR CLUB drops exclusively on Honor Club at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT, but that's not all the site has to offer! Honor Club is the destination for ROH's 23 years of history featuring the men and women who've defined pro wrestling across the 21st century! In addition to the weekly episodes every Thursday night, we have ROH live events dating back 2002 with THE ERA OF HONOR BEGINS, ROH television archives dating back to June 2011, as well as a growing “Best Of...” collection featuring the YEAR ONE – YEAR SIX collections, Roderick Strong, Adam Cole, and more! ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP... Komander(c) vs. Dark Panther Last week, in his victory over Aaron Solo, Dark Panther spent a great deal of time during the match paying attention to World TV Champion Komander who was observing at ringside. It was a distraction that could've cost Panther a crucial victory right before this championship bout, but the luchador was able to keep his focus on Solo just enough to bring home the win. However, once the match ended, Dark Panther turned his full focus to Komander and got right in the champion's face, provoking him to jump the guard rail. Komander probably would've taken the fight on right then and there if not for referee Aubrey Edwards calming the hostilities as best she good. Thankfully there's no need to calm them this week because Dark Panther will get the championship opportunity he's been pursuing since he first set foot in the ROH ring! On the heels of his tag team battle last night on DYNAMITE, Komander is right back in the ring to put his championship on the line against Dark Panther! It's been 90 days since Komander captured the championship at FINAL BATTLE 2024, and in that he's successfully defended it four times against Johnny TV, QT Marshall, Nick Wayne, and Lee Johnson. Will Dark Panther bring that run to an end tonight during Honor Club or will Komander live to fight another day as champion against the victor of the contender's match also taking place tonight? ROH WORLD TV TITLE MATCH AT STAKE! Kevin Knight vs. AR Fox The ROH World Television Championship has been a prize coveted by many individuals ever since Komander captured it at FINAL BATTLE 2024, so much so that Dark Panther has made it his target since coming to Ring of Honor from CMLL, and tonight he could leave as the 35th championship. Meanwhile, two other individuals will battle it out to see who gets the next opportunity to vie for the title! Kevin Knight made his first appearance on ROH programming back on HONOR CLUB #91 in a strong victory over Serpentico, but he's also clocked AEW ring time with several bouts on DARK in May 2022 and a bout on the FORBIDDEN DOOR 2022: BUY-IN. Though he looked impressive in those contests where he's made the biggest impression was his work in New Japan Pro Wrestling, including two reigns as IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Champion with KUSHIDA and impressive runs in both the Super Junior Tag League as well as the Best of the Super Juniors 31 Tournaments last year. Tonight he looks to take those experiences, as well as all he's picked up traveling the wrestling landscape around the world, to earn a future World Television Championship match. As for AR Fox, he's been fighting in Ring of Honor since FINAL BATTLE 2022's upset victory over LFI's Dralistico and RUSH and contended for several championships over the last two-plus years. He battled Claudio Castagnoli for the World Title during the very first episode of ROH ON HONOR CLUB, challenged for the Six-Man Titles at both HONOR CLUB #16 and SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2023, went one-on-one with Brian Cage for the TV Title at, coincidentally, HONOR CLUB #91, and participated in the World Television Championship Six-Way Elimination at FINAL BATTLE 2024 where Komander won the title. Fox is a well-traveled veteran of the mat wars, but has yet to claim his first ROH championship. Tonight he hopes to take one step closer to another stab at immortality, and a match with the winner of Komander/Dark Panther! Will it be Kevin Knight or AR Fox? Will it be Komander or Dark Panther? Tonight the focus of ROH ON HONOR CLUB falls on the World Television Championship as we learn the answer to both those questions! LUCHA DE TRIOS... Mistico, Neon, & Fuego vs. Hechicero, Rugido, & Volador Jr. Ring of Honor has been spoiled with the athletes of CMLL gracing the ring for the last several weeks, and that continues tonight with the latest Lucha de Trios combination! Mistico is back in action, this time uniting with the returning Fuego, and the debuting Neon! Neon is a former CMLL World Trios Champion alongside Star Jr. and Mascara Dorada, as well as a former RevPro Undisputed British Cruiserweight Champion, so he's clearly bringing a championship pedigree to this fight! On the other side of the ring, ROH welcomes Hechicero and Volador Jr. back to competition, and also introduces Rugido to the Ring of Honor stage! Rugido is part of Los Depredadores with Volador Jr., one-half of the current Mexican National Tag Team Champions with Magnus, and himself quite adept at trios competition. This combination of Hechicero, Volador Jr., and Rugido is going to be quite a dangerous combination for this Ring of Honor fight and sure to be a treat for the fans watching on Honor Club! TAG TEAM COMPETITION... Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin) vs. Aaron Solo & QT Marshall Over the course of their ROH career, Top Flight have amassed a 5-1 record in tag team competition and were victorious in their last four consecutive bouts. Above and beyond that, when looking at the whole of their ROH competition, Dante and Darius Martin have won their last 17 straight bouts and are 18-2 overall. Suffice to say they've been exceptional every time they've stepped into an ROH ring, and may have even won the ROH World Tag Titles at SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2023 if not for the horrific injury Dante suffered during the Reach for the Sky Ladder Match. Tonight, after a wild eight-man tag victory last week, Top Flight returns to traditional tag team competition facing the combination of Aaron Solo and QT Marshall for the very first time!  They've tangled with Solo in tag team battles before in 2022, albeit with a different partner, but this is a first time tangling with QT Marshall in any form. Can the Martin brothers continue their successful run in Ring of Honor tonight? ALSO FEATURING: -CMLL's La Catalina in action! -LFI's Dralistico & The Beast Mortos in tag team competition!! -Satnam Singh steps into the ROH ring!!! -And More!

  • ROH on Honor Club Episode 107 Preview

Welcome to Thursday night and the premiere of the latest edition of ROH ON HONOR CLUB! Last week we saw “The Fallen Goddess” Athena continue to make history with her 28th Women's World Championship defense over La Catalina and 64th consecutive singles victory. In addition to Athena's march into the history books, the ROH faithful also witnessed Bandido and Gravity score a win over The Infantry, Thunder Rosa return to ROH with a victory, The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara) in action, and a wild trios match featuring the athletes of CMLL!  This week Honor Club continues the excitement with another stacked edition of our Thursday night delight! We will see another action-packed trios battle featuring CMLL's finest when Atlantis, Esfinge & Mistico fight Euforia, Rocky Romero & Valiente in the main event. Plus, Katsuyori Shibata is in action against “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson, and Frat House members Cole Karter and Preston Vance unite with Premier Athletes' Tony Nese and Ariya Daviari to face the wild quartet of Top Flight and Gates of Agony! All that and more comes your way at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT exclusively on Honor Club, the home for 23 years of ROH history featuring the competitors who've helped shape professional wrestling throughout the 21st century! We have live events dating back to THE ERA OF HONOR BEGINS from February 23, 2002, television archives dating back to 2011, and an ever-growing “Best Of...” collection featuring Nigel McGuinness, The Briscoes, Samoa Joe, and just added this week, BEST OF EPISODES 1-100 including Roderick Strong vs. Adam Cole, Survival of the Fittest 2012, Briscoes vs. WGTT, Adam Cole vs. Kyle O'Reilly, The Young Bucks, Jay Lethal, and more! TRIOS BOUT... Atlantis, Esfinge & Mistico vs. Euforia, Rocky Romero & Valiente The CMLL contingent that has spent the last several weeks competing for Ring of Honor have made for some of the most exciting action-packed bouts in the entire 106-episode history of ROH ON HONOR CLUB! We saw it last week when the Panthers beat Euforia, Gran Guerrero, and Valiente, and this week the ROH faithful get to experience it again with a different combination of the world's best luchadores!  Euforia and Valiente are back in action, but this time they're bringing Rocky Romero in for the fight, and standing across the ring will be the legendary Mistico, Esfinge, and Atlantis! Mistico has not competed in ROH since September 2019's GLOBAL WARS ESPECTACTULAR events while Atlantis and Esfinge were victorious over the Euforia-Gran Guerrero-Rocky Romero combination two weeks ago. How will the additions of Mistico and Valiente change how this contest unfolds? Tune into ROH ON HONOR CLUB tonight exclusively on WatchROH.com to catch all the lucha libre action! ONE-ON-ONE... The Opps' Katsuyori Shibata vs. “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson Lee Johnson made a good showing for himself during the REVOLUTION 2025: ZERO HOUR when he united with Blake Christian to face Hologram and ROH World TV Champion Komander, Lee's second clash with the champion in just a matter of weeks. Neither the tag nor the championship singles match went in Big Shotty's favor, but tonight he's looking to get back on track towards a rematch down the line.  Unfortunately for Lee that goal of getting back into title contention starts tonight on Honor Club with former ROH Pure Champion Katsuyori Shibata! Few men have been as dominant in ROH competition as “The Wrestler”. He's 21-2 since SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2023 when he bested Wheeler Yuta for the ROH Pure Championship, with the only losses coming to Eddie Kingston at WRESTLEDREAM 2023 and Yuta in their championship rematch on the 11/25/23 RAMPAGE. Shibata is on an 11-match win streak at this moment, and looks to make Lee Johnson number 12! Can “Big Shotty” pull off the upset tonight during ROH ON HONOR CLUB, and if he can, how will it affect Shibata as he prepares to face Ricochet in the DYNASTY 2025 International Championship Eliminator Tournament on COLLISION? EIGHT-MAN TAG BATTLE... Gates Of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) & Top Flight (Dante Martin & Darius Martin) vs. Frat House (Cole Karter & Preston Vance) & Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari & Tony Nese)   These eight-man tags have become a staple of ROH ON HONOR CLUB over the last 106 weeks, creating some wild combinations of competitors, and chaotic action from bell-to-bell! It looks like tonight's edition of ROH's weekly program will be no different as the wildly unlikely pairing of Top Flight and Gates of Agony will unite to face Frat House's Cole Karter and Preston Vance as they team up with Premier Athletes' Tony Nese and Ariya Daivari! Gates of Agony have been on the hunt for titles for quite some time, and they've bulldozed pretty much every team they've been in the ring with since debuting at SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2022: ZERO HOUR. Though their ROH action has been sparse, Top Flight has amassed a 6-1 record in Ring of Honor to date and it's wild to think these two disparate teams will come together as one even if just for one night! Together they are power and speed, strength and flight, agility and intensity; as talented as Premier Athletes and this Frat House pair may be, they may be outmatched by what the Gates/Top Flight combination creates. Add in the fact that this is essentially a home game for Toa Liona, that he'll unquestionably have the Oakland crowd behind him and his allies, and this could very well be a massacre! IN PURSUIT OF A CHAMPIONSHIP... Dark Panther vs. Aaron Solo Coming off a win last week in trios competition, and one in the singles ranks two week ago over Gravity, Dark Panther is on the hunt for for the World Television Championship around the waist of Komander. With that Gravity victory, Komander had a ringside seat to watch what Dark Panther could do inside the squared circle and begin to formulate a game plan should that title match come to pass down the line. Perhaps tonight, when Dark Panther steps into the ring with Aaron Solo, the World TV Champion will be on-hand once again to see Dark Panther in action. If the CMLL athlete wants to get his hands on Komander's championship, he's going to need wins under his belt, but it's not going to be easy when facing Aaron Solo. Solo is a man who's been grinding it out in ROH for the last several months, taking on every fight presented to him, and searching for that big victory that gets him into title conversations. He's stepped into Pure Rules bouts, fought Katsuyori Shibata, Tomohiro Ishii, and Rocky Romero, even went into a tag team fight alongside QT Marshall during HONOR CLUB # 96: BOXING DAY BRAWL against ROH Legend “The Notorious 187 Homicide” and Romero! If Solo can disrupt Dark Panther's championship aspirations tonight on Honor Club, perhaps he can begin to build momentum towards a title match of his own, but if it's the CMLL star who scores the win, then perhaps it will be time for Komander to put his observations into action! ALSO FEATURING: -Lady Frost vs. Leila Grey! -The return of Spanish Announce Project!! -Blake Christian in action!!! -And More!!!

  • ROH on Honor Club Episode 106 Preview

It's Thursday night, which means Ring of Honor action is back on Honor Club with an all-new edition of ROH ON HONOR CLUB. After scoring a big win over Lady Frost last week, tonight La Catalina is coming for ROH Women's World Champion Athena and her title! Plus Los Divinos Laguneros of Blue Panther, Blue Panther Jr., and Dark Panther face Gran Guerrero, Euforia, & Valiente in Lucha trios action while former ROH World Champion Bandido teams up with Gravity to take on The Infantry in tag team competiton! Speaking of tag teams, the ROH World Tag Champions Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara will be in action, as will Gates of Agony when they take on Bad Dude Tito and Che Cabrera, not to mention the duo of Jay Lethal and Satnam Singh! Former ROH Women's World TV Champion Billie Starkz will be in singles competition as well as former AEW Women's World Champion Thunder Rosa as she returns to ROH for the first time since March 15, 2019 and ROH WRESTLING #39! Ring of Honor Wrestling is set to present the very best in professional wrestling beginning at 7pm ET/6pm CT tonight and exclusively on Honor Club! Not only is Honor Club the spot where a new episode drops every Thursday night, it is also the destination for 23 years of Ring of Honor history featuring the men and women who have helped shape professional wrestling in the 21st century! Not only do we have television archives dating back to 2011, as well as hundreds of live events starting with 2002's THE ERA OF HONOR BEGINS, there's also a “Best Of...” collection that features competitors such as Chris Hero, Adam Cole, the Women of Honor, and more! We are nearing the end of Honor Club's celebration of ROH's 23rd anniversary and that means the addition of ROH:YEAR SIX! This amazing set features the ROH World Championship reigns of both Takeshi Morishima and Nigel McGuinness, the dawn of ROH's first PPV era with RESPECT IS EARNED, ROH's first sojourn to Japan, Ladder War, Mitsuharu Misawa, and more! ROH WOMEN'S WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP... “The Fallen Goddess” Athena(c) vs. La Catalina When she steps into the ring tonight to face CMLL's La Catalina, “The Fallen Goddess” Athena will be on her 818th day as champion. During this reign she's successfully defended the title 27 times, turned away 30 Proving Ground challenges and four Eliminator hopefuls, and amassed a record of 68-2 with those losses coming in tag team competition where Billie Starkz was pinned not Athena. That's 70 ROH-related matches where no one has been able to put Athena's shoulders to the mat or get her to submit, and she's been challenged by the best around the world. Willow Nightingale, Red Velvet, Alex Windsor, Hikaru Shida, Miyu Yamashita, and even her own minion Billie Starkz are among the competitors who've tried to dethrone “The Forever ROH Champion” but to date no one has been able to touch her. Tonight on HONOR CLUB, though something between Starkz, Athena, and TBS Champion Mercedes Moné seems to be brewing on both AEW programming and on social media, Athena has to answer the challenge of La Catalina following the CMLL athlete's victory over Lady Frost last week! The 24 year old competitor made quite an impression in her ROH debut, but she's got plenty more in store for Athena with all the experience she's garnered during her 11 years competing inside the squared circle! Though she's only been part of CMLL for two years, La Catalina was victorious in the 2023 Universal De Amazones Title Tournament, participated in the Grand Prix De Amazonas 2023, the 2024 Universal De Amazones Tournament, the CMLL World Women's Tag Team Title Tournament, and has battled for both the CMLL Women's World Title and the NJPW STRONG Women's Title! La Catalina may have come up short in those challenges, but tonight she aims to succeed where so many others have failed and became the new ROH Women's World Champion! Meanwhile Athena is calling this phase of her championship reign the “Global Domination Tour”, and she intends to make La Catalina the first to fall in this endeavor! TAG TEAM BOUT... Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona) vs. TMDK (Bad Dude Tito & Che Cabrera) We haven't seen TMDK of Bad Dude Tito and Che Cabrera in Ring of Honor since HONOR CLUB #68 when they faced then-ROH World Tag Champions Matt Taven and Mike Bennett on the Proving Ground, but tonight during HONOR CLUB they return to action to face one of most the dominant forces ROH has ever seen: Gates of Agony! Since their debut at SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2022, Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona have lost only three matches in ROH-related competition, yet despite their 21-3 record, the two warriors have only challenged one time for the ROH World Tag Titles and that was way back at BATTLE OF THE BELTS VI in their third-ever tag match! Suffice to say they are hungry for championship success, and made the choice some time ago to just continue running through every team put in their path until the day comes they challenge once again for the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Will Tito and Cabrera be the next team to fall before Gates of Agony's onslaught, or will these two West Coast standouts give Toa and Kaun the fight they hunger for? TRIOS BOUT... Los Divinos Laguneros (Blue Panther, Blue Panther Jr., & Dark Panther) vs.  Gran Guerrero, Euforia, & Valiente For the third consecutive week Dark Panther is back in action during ROH ON HONOR CLUB and this time he's bringing Blue Panther and Blue Panther Jr. with him! Collectively known as Los Divinos Laguneros in CMLL, tonight's trios affair marks the ROH debut for both Blue Panther and Blue Panther Jr., but it's far from this trios first outing together. They've been doing this dance together for several years now, often against teams that included Gran Guerrero and Euforia, but their engagement with Valiente has been limited. Tonight also marks the ROH debut for Valiente, but he's joining Gran Guerrero and Euforia who made their debuts last week in a trios loss to Atlantis, Esfinge, and Fuego.  It's been amazing watching these athletes of CMLL as they've made ROH their home these last few weeks, and though we know Dark Panther has designs on the ROH World TV Title held by Komander, he's also ready to throw down in trios action alongside the rest of Los Divions Laguneros tonight on Honor Club!  TAG TEAM CONTEST... Bandido & Gravity vs. The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Capt. Shawn Dean) We haven't seen former ROH World Champion Bandido on Honor Club since Episode #14 back on June 1, 2023 but tonight he makes his return to Ring of Honor alongside his younger brother Gravity! This reunion of the Golden Guns (as their group in Mexico was known) comes nearly two years since the last time Bandido and Gravity fought together, and is happening in ROH for the very first time! Tonight they're squaring up with The Infantry of Carlie Bravo and Capt. Shawn Dean, representatives of Shane Taylor Promotions, and two individuals hungry to score their first championship in Ring of Honor. They're coming off a dominating victory last week during HONOR CLUB #105, and have won three of their last four tag team contests, but can they overcome the lucha stylings of the brothers from Torreón, Coahuila? ALSO FEATURING: -ROH World Tag Champions The Sons of Texas in action! -The Beast Mortos in singles competition! -Billie Starkz in action! -Jay Lethal & Satnam Singh in tag team competition! -Thunder Rosa returns to ROH!

  • ROH on HonorClub Episode 105 Preview

We've got plenty of action coming your way tonight during an all-new edition of ROH ON HONOR CLUB! Exclusively available at WatchROH.com, tonight's episode focuses on Lucha action with competitors from CMLL including two tremendous trios battles, La Catalina versus Lady Frost, Blake Christian taking on Fuego Del Sol, Gravity returning to ROH to face Dark Panther, as well as The Beast Mortos in singles action, and The Infantry representing Shane Taylor Promotions in tag team action!  Ring of Honor is ready to rock with the best in professional wrestling starting at 7pm ET/6pm CT tonight exclusively on Honor Club! On top of a new episode of action dropping every Thursday night, Honor Club is also the home for 23 years of Ring of Honor history featuring the world's greatest who have shaped professional wrestling this century! Not only are there television archives dating back to 2011, hundreds of live events beginning with 2/23/02's THE ERA OF HONOR BEGINS, and the “Best Of...” collection continues to expand every week! We've got collections featuring Bryan Danielson, Samoa Joe, The Briscoes, and more, plus we continue the celebration of ROH's 23rd anniversary with the addition of ROH:YEAR FIVE including the historic Dragon Gate Six-Man, the World Title/Pure Title Unification bout, Cage of Death, Danielson/KENTA, and the ascension of The Kings of Wrestling! LUCHA DE TRIOS... Rocky Romero, Gran Guerrero, & Euforia vs. Atlantis. Esfinge, & Fuego  Atlantis Jr., Templario, Mascara Dorada vs. Magnus, Soberano Jr., & Volador Jr. Tonight during HONOR CLUB, we present two tremendous trios bouts featuring the amazing athletes from CMLL! We got a taste of it last week when Barbaro Cavernario, Hechicero, and Soberano Jr. defeated Dark Panther, Fuego, & ROH World Tag Champion Sammy Guevara, but this week it's double the fun with two such contests! In one we will see former multi-time ROH World Tag Champion Rocky Romero reunite with Gran Guerrero and Euforia (though in their first outing as a trio) to take on Atlantis, Esfinge, and Fuego, also fighting in their first-ever bout as a trio. For Fuego it's a chance to redeem last week's loss, but for Esfinge it's a first time in ROH since competing on the SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2017 events, though not as part of the tournament, while Atlantis hasn't been here since STATE OF THE ART 2018. Rocky's ROH history is well-documented, but for Gran Guerrero and Euforia this will be their ROH debut. What makes that quite a fascinating thing is that it was only nine days ago that Gran Guerrero and Euforia battled one another for the CMLL World Heavyweight Title! In the other bout pitting Atlantis Jr., Templario, Mascara Dorada against Magnus, Soberano Jr., & Volador Jr., we've got men with their own ROH experiences. Obviously we've got a former ROH World Television Champion in Atlantis Jr, while one of his partners, Templario, has ROH history as part of the SUMMER SUPERCARD event in August 2019 though for Mascara Dorada this is his broadcast ROH debut after competing in a non-televised bout back on November 27th.  As for the other side of the fight, in addition to being part of the winning team from last week's trios match Soberano Jr. made several appearances in 2018 and 2019, as did Volador Jr, while this will be Magnus' ROH debut. There's such an intriguing mix of history between these six men as they've faced off over the years, and there's no doubt these two lucha contests will be tremendous showcases of just what CMLL brings to the table! ONE-ON-ONE... La Catalina vs. Lady Frost Tonight, making her Ring of Honor debut, and competing in the States for the first time since August 2023, La Catalina arrives for a fight with ROH stalwart Lady Frost! Catalina has been competing regularly in CMLL for about two years now, and in that time she's fought for the CMLL World Women's Title, the NJPW STRONG Women's Title, won the CMLL Universal De Amazones 2023 Tournament, and competed in the Occidente Women's Tag Team Title Tournament, the CMLL World Women's Tag Team Title Tournament, and the Universal De Amazones 2024 Tournament. Now she brings her 11 years of experience to Ring of Honor for the first time in hopes of making her way to an ROH championship fight! ROH Women's World Champion Athena is recently off her World Tour in Stardom and looking to show her dominance over the entirety of the wrestling landscape. ROH Women's World TV Champion Red Velvet is wondering where her next challenger will come from. Either one of them could end up in the ring with La Catalina if she makes a strong impact in her ROH debut, but that being said, it could just as well be Lady Frost if she can upset the highly-touted CMLL competitor tonight during HONOR CLUB! ONE-ON-ONE... Blake Christian vs. Fuego Del Sol What a ride Blake Christian has been on these last two months since FINAL BATTLE 2024! Though he lost that night in the World Television Title Six-Way Elimination Match, Blake made a huge impact in his elimination of Mark Davis as well as in the fight he gave Komander en route to the latter's championship victory. Just six days later, during HONOR CLUB #96, Blake defeated AR Fox in singles competition and kicked off his current five-match winning streak. Blake has scored victories over Fox, Parker Li, Evil Uno, Adam Priest, as well as Serpentico, and tonight takes on the challenge of Fuego Del Sol! Last week Fuego suffered a loss to Wheeler Yuta in his first ROH bout since HONOR CLUB #78, but unfortunately for Fuego that victory wasn't enough for the AEW World Trios Champion. It wasn't enough to just assault Fuego either after the match, Yuta had to bring a steel chain into the ring and wrap it around Fuego's throat until the masked warrior coughed up blood.  After that, what kind of condition will Fuego Del Sol be in for this fight against Blake Christian tonight during HONOR CLUB? Can he rebound from that beating and break up Christian's winning streak, or will Blake continue to roll through the competition? SINGLES MATCH... Dark Panther vs. Gravity It's been over a year since we last saw Gravity compete inside an ROH ring, but during his time here from June 2023 to February 2024 the man made quite an impact. Not only did he make it to the finals of the 2023 ROH World TV Title Eliminator Tournament before losing to Shane Taylor, he also stepped onto the Proving Ground against the ROH World Six-Man and ROH World Tag Champions, and battled Kyle Fletcher in a Qualifying match for the Survival of the Fittest at FINAL BATTLE 2023. In the year since he was last in ROH, Gravity has been competing all around Mexico for numerous promotions, but now he's back to remind the ROH faithful why he left such an impression over the course of his previous run. However Gravity has his work cut out for him tonight when he steps into the ring with Dark Panther! Panther first made an impression on ROH audiences way back at SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2016 when he made it to the Six-Way Elimination Finals of the tournament, and then once more in his return to honor during last week's trios battle. As part of Los Divinos Laguneros since 2014 with Blue Panther, Blue Panther Jr., and Hijo De Blue Panther, Dark Panther has been active since 2011 and competed against the best CMLL has to offer. He's a former CMLL Arena Coliseo Tag Team Champion, and has competed in numerous tournaments over the course of his CMLL tenure. Now he steps into the ring for his first ROH singles match looking to rebound from last week's trios loss, facing a man in Gravity who wants to get back on the track he started in his previous ROH tenure! ALSO FEATURING: -STP's The Infantry (Carlie Bravo & Capt. Shawn Dean) in action! -The Beast Mortos in singles competition! -And More!

  • ROH on Honor Club Episode 104 Preview

Ring of Honor Wrestling is red-hot after GLOBAL WARS 2025 and the amazing championship matches that went down in front of the Brisbane, Australia faithful! Now that rolls into tonight's edition of ROH ON HONOR CLUB featuring more of the greatest professional wrestling on the planet today! ROH World Television Champion Komander puts his title on the line against Lee Johnson after “Big Shotty” survived Proving Ground competition, plus the stars of CMLL return to ROH for a massive trios battle that also includes ROH World Tag Champion Sammy Guevara! 3-Time Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta returns to ROH for singles competition against another returning athlete in Fuego Del Sol, Abadon returns to face Rachael Ellering one-on-one, and we've got a huge 12-Man tag team battle on tap as well! In addition, Gates of Agony will be in tag team competition and Billie Starkz will also compete during this edition of ROH ON HONOR CLUB! Ring of Honor is loaded up this week with some of the best in professional wrestling kicking off at 7pm ET/6pm CT tonight exclusively on Honor Club! In addition to a new episode releasing every Thursday night, Honor Club is also the home for almost 23 years of ROH history featuring the world's finest wrestlers that help shaped the last two decades of professional wrestling! We have television archives dating back to 2011, hundreds of live events beginning with 2/23/02's THE ERA OF HONOR BEGINS, and the “Best Of...” collection continues to expand every week! We've got collections featuring Kenny Omega, Claudio Castagnoli, Jay Lethal, and more, plus we are celebrating ROH's 23rd anniversary on February 23rd with the addition of ROH:YEAR FOUR that features the first Steel Cage Warfare, Kenta Kobashi, KENTA, one wild Summer, and the beginning of Bryan Danielson's reign atop ROH!  LUCHA LIBRE ACTION! ROH World Tag Champion Sammy Guevara, Dark Panther, & Fuego vs. Barbaro Cavernario, Hechicero & Soberano Jr. It's going to be an action-packed night of action tonight on Honor Club, and a huge part of that can be credited to this trios bout featuring ROH World Tag Champion Sammy Guevara and the athletes of CMLL! Now Guevara is freshly off a successful defense of the ROH World Tag Titles against MxM Collection during GLOBAL WARS 2024, but sadly he is still without his physical title belt as Mansoor and Mason Madden absconded with it once again following the match. Their reckoning will come soon enough. For now “The Spanish God” has to focus on this lucha libre trios spectacular featuring four men making their ROH returns after five-plus years, and one man making his first honorable excursion! First Guevara's partners: for Fuego this is his first visit to Ring of Honor though ROH and CMLL have a bond dating back nearly a decade. With more than 20 years of experience inside the CMLL ring, as well as excursions with New Japan where he entered into the 2014 and 2016 Super Junior Tag Tournaments, Fuego is a formidable ally for Sammy in this trios contest. The same can be said for Dark Panther and his decade-plus fighting for CMLL, but unlike Fuego, Dark Panther has a little Ring of Honor experience on his resume. Back in 2016 Panther was a participant in the Survival of the Fittest Tournament, advancing in his Four-Way Qualifier, but ultimately was the first man eliminated in the Six-Way Finals. He's been a CMLL Arena Coliseo Tag Team Champion (as was Fuego), competed on the joint-NJPW FANTASTICA MANIA in 2024, and now comes back to ROH for the first time in nearly nine years to unite with Guevara and Fuego for this trios bout! As for the other side of the match,  all three members of the team took part in the SUMMER SUPERCARD event in August 2019 with El Barbaro Cavernario and Hechicero on one side of a trios match against a team that included El Soberano Jr., albeit the losing side. In addition, both Barbaro and Hechicero were part of the GLOBAL WARS ESPECTACULAR 2019 tour, Hechicero was part of the original ROH World Six-Man Championship Tournament in 2016, and Soberano Jr took part in MANHATTAN MAYHEM 2019, STEEL CITY EXCELLENCE, and MASTER OF THE CRAFT 2019. So suffice to say, this trio is well-versed in Ring of Honor competition, and are ready to bring their particular style of wrestling action back to the 21st century's most influential wrestling promotion! ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... Komander(c) vs. Lee Johnson Back on HONOR CLUB #101, by the grace of EJ Nduka, “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson survived the Proving Ground's 10-Minute time limit to earn a shot at Komander's ROH World Television Championship. Across the 13+ year history of the stipulation, only a few individuals have succeeded in earning a championship opportunity via Proving Ground, and very few champions have ever lost more than one. Yet Komander, in the span of four weeks, has slipped up in two of them. The first time it was QT Marshall who earned his World TV Title fight on the Proving Ground, and though he was unable to parlay that into a championship victory, he demonstrated to any other hopeful prospects that it is possible. Lee Johnson and EJ Nduka must have been paying attention because they were also able to take advantage of the situations presented and eke out a time limit draw. That means tonight, in his fourth title defense and third in five weeks, Komander will lay it all on the line against “Big Shotty”! We know Komander is capable of putting in some serious time inside the ring, he's a man who went 25+ minutes in the Survival of the Fittest bouts at FINAL BATTLE 2023 and 2024, the latter ending with him claiming the TV Title in the first place. Perhaps there's something about the pressure of the 10-minute time limit that gets in his head, because it's not as if all Komander's matches go 10+. For example, he beat Claudio Castagnoli in the 2024 Continental Classic in under eight minutes and shut down QT's title shot in under 10, so it seems the Proving Ground aspect of it may be what has done him in these last two outings. That being said, now that he's taken the measure of Lee Johnson and knows how willing EJ Nduka is to lend a hand to his tag team partner, Komander will be better prepared for this championship defense. That seemed to be the case with QT Marshall, so we shall see if it plays out here against “Big Shotty” as well! RETURN TO HONOR... The Death Riders' Wheeler Yuta vs. Fuego Del Sol In the history of ROH's Pure Championship there have been 15 title reigns, but only one man has held that title on multiple occasions, three to be exact: The Death Riders' Wheeler Yuta! Though he now reigns as one-third of the AEW World Trios Champions alongside Claudio Castagnoli and “The Bastard” PAC, Yuta's ROH roots date back to September 2020 when he participated in the tournament to crown a new Pure Champion. Though he was knocked out of competition in the first round of that tourney, Yuta continued to compete on ROH events through the Spring of 2021. However it wasn't until SUPERCARD OF HONOR 2022, where he claimed his first Pure Title from “The Technical Beast” Josh Woods, that his name was etched in the ROH history books. His initial 159-day reign was briefly interrupted by Daniel Garcia, but Yuta would reclaim the belt from Garcia 94 days, holding the belt during this second run for 111-days before Katsuyori Shibata claimed it for himself. For 239 days “The Wrestler” reigned as Pure Champion, but Yuta would bring an end to that thrilling ride in November 2023 when he claimed the Pure Title for a third time. Yuta eventually fell to Lee Moriarty at DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR 2024 after 244 days, bringing his combined tenure as ROH Pure Champion to a total of 514 days with 10 defenses. Following his loss to Moriarty at DBD '24 Yuta defeated Anthony Henry during HONOR CLUB #75, but he has not set foot inside an ROH ring in the six months since that night in Texas. That changes this evening when he steps in there with another man who hasn't been in ROH since that Arlington residency: Fuego Del Sol! He hasn't been in the house since HONOR CLUB #81, but tonight he also makes his return to competition, and hopefully a triumphant one against this Death Rider! ONE-ON-ONE... Abadon vs. Rachael Ellering We haven't seen Abadon in ROH since HONOR CLUB #90 when they defeated Viva Van, bouncing back from their ROH Women's World Championship loss to Athena in their Ring of Horror match during HONOR CLUB #88. Tonight they return to the fold for a fight against the double-tough Rachael Ellering who's looking for her first win of 2025! Will it be Abadon's night in their return to Honor Club, or Ellering who picks up the victory?  12-MAN TAG TEAM BOUT... The Frat House (Griff Garrison, Jacked Jameson, & Preston Vance) and Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari, “Smart” Mark Sterling, & Tony Nese) vs. Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin), The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd), and The Von Erichs (Marshall & Ross) We've got ourselves a huge match right here between five different units! The newly united Frat House of Griff Garrison, Jacked Jameson, and Preston Vance will combine forces with Premier Athletes of Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, and...(checks notes) “Smart” Mark Sterling for a battle with Top Flight, The Outrunners, and two-thirds of the ROH World Six-Man Champions, the returning Von Erichs! Marshall and Ross have been out of action since HONOR CLUB #84 when they and Dustin Rhodes defeated this very Premier Athletes trio in a Proving Ground match, but they are back to carry on the legacy of their family name alongside two of the best tag teams in wrestling today! Which of these massive teams will score victory tonight during HONOR CLUB? ALSO FEATURING: -Gates of Agony in action! -Bille Starkz in singles competition!! -And More!

  • Global Wars: Australia Preview

Over the course of the last 23 years, Ring of Honor has presented events from 39 different states across the USA, as well as traveled to Japan, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Tonight, the most influential wrestling promotion of the 21st century adds Brisbane, Australia to the list of amazing locations that have hosted ROH over the years, and with this debut Down Under comes the return of GLOBAL WARS! It's been five and a half years since the last GLOBAL WARS, and though many things have changed, Ring of Honor is still home to some of the greatest professional wrestling on the planet! That will be showcased this evening with this Monday night special presentation featuring three championship matches, as well as the ROH World Champion in action, and more! ROH World Champion Chris Jericho and his Learning Tree will kick off the action with a trios battle against former ROH World Champion Bandido and The Outrunners, and the action only gets more intense from there! Red-hot ROH Pure Champion Lee Moriarty will defend his title against Australia's own Robbie Eagles, ROH World Tag Team Champions The Sons of Texas face the challenge of MxM Collection, and ROH Women's World Champion Athena puts her title up against the top-shelf challenge of Alex Windsor! The action for this GLOBAL WARS 2025 special kicks off at 7 p.m./6 p.m. CT tonight only on HONOR CLUB! Then join us Thursday night at 7 p.m. ET right back on Honor Club for ROH's weekly presentation featuring more of the world's best wrestlers! TRIOS BATTLE... The Learning Tree (ROH World Champion Chris Jericho, Big Bill, & Bryan Keith) vs. Bandido & The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) Bandido first inserted himself into the lives of The Learning Tree at FINAL BATTLE 2024 at the end of last year, coming to the aid of “The Complete” Matt Cardona after his ROH World Championship loss to Chris Jericho inside the Hammerstein Ballroom. Bandido reappeared in AEW shortly thereafter, again in response to Jericho and his branches perpetrating an after-match assault on their foes, this time on The Outrunners Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd: For Bandido the issue with Jericho dates back to their 9/28/22 DYNAMITE clash for the ROH World Title during The  Nueve's first run with the championship, but it was reignited by the despicable behavior Jericho has displayed since beating Mark Briscoe in Ladder War back at the 10/23/24 DYNAMITE. Whereas Jericho was a shockingly honorable champion during his first reign, fighting as if he had a point to prove, this time around he's been exactly the kind of champ he was during his AEW World Title reign. He's been a sneak, a cheat, and used the minions around him as a shield as much as possible. Bryan Keith and Big Bill have been there at every turn to protect “The Nueve”, just as they will be at his side tonight in this trios battle. However, instead of protecting Jericho and his title from the outside, tonight “The Redwood” and “Bad Apple” will be fighting at his side against Bandido and The Outrunners! Can “The Most Wanted” Bandido, Truth Magnum, and Turbo Floyd make this first-ever trip to Australia a victorious excursion or will The Learning Tree and its branches prove an invasive species? ROH PURE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... Lee Moriarty(c) vs. IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Champion Robbie Eagles Claiming the ROH Pure Championship from Wheeler Yuta was the culmination of a dream for Lee Moriarty, a dream that he never thought would be possible. See in August 2006, when Lee was just a few months shy of his 12th birthday, the Pure Championship was unified with the ROH World Title when Bryan Danielson defeated Nigel McGuinness at the appropriately named UNIFIED. That event took place more than nine years before Lee even began his own pro wrestling journey, but the beauty of technology made it possible for #Taigastyle to see what that Pure Title, and the wrestlers who embodied that style, were all about. He watched Nigel, he watched Samoa Joe, he watched Jay Lethal, and he watched what each brought to the table as Pure Champions, and he began to create his own style inspired by how they each took to this specialized form of competition.  Then something happened in September 2020; in the midst of a global pandemic, Ring of Honor began a tournament to crown a new Pure Champion and with the possibility that Lee could actually hold that crown, his inspirations once did opened up. So inspired by this was Lee that he even fought in a Pure Rules match on an independent show July of 2021, but it wasn't until HONOR CLUB #10 that he had the chance to fight under the ROH banner in a match contested with Pure Rules. That night he tested himself against Rocky Romero, and though he came up short, Lee wasn't done with chasing the dream. His first chance at achieving it came weeks later in a Pure Championship fight with Katsuyori Shibata on RAMPAGE: CHAMPIONSHIP FRIDAY on 6/2/23. In what was essentially a #1 Contender's bout, Moriarty fell to Yuta during HONOR CLUB #39, and had to watch Yuta parlay that victory into his third ROH Pure Title reign just two days later. That just meant Moriarty had to grind harder to get back to where he wanted to be, part of that was aligning with Shane Taylor Promotions, and part of that was getting back in the ring with Yuta during HONOR CLUB #71 in a Pure Rules Proving Ground bout, just the second-ever for that particular title. Moriarty took Yuta to the ten-minute time limit that night in Allentown, PA, and just a few weeks later at DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR 2024 in Texas, bested Wheeler to finally take the prize he'd watched with fascination years prior. Moriarty made a promise to be a fighting champion, to elevate the standing of the Pure Title, and in the seven months since he's done just that, scoring wins over Angelico and Preston Vance as well as ROH Grand Slam winner Matt Taven, and capped off by a victory over Nigel McGuinness at FINAL BATTLE 2024 inside the historic Hammerstein Ballroom. All that is said to illustrate just how important the Pure Championship is to Lee Moriarty, how integral it was to the development of his career before he even fought in his first ROH match at DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR 2021, and why bringing it to Australia for the first Pure Title fight outside the United States since August 12, 2006 is such an important milestone for his career. That being said, it would be a huge moment for Australia's own Robbie Eagles to come into GLOBAL WARS 2025 tonight and dethrone Lee Moriarty in his 5th title defense. Though Eagles is originally from New South Wales some 625 miles away from Brisbane, he comes into this carrying the weight of his countrymen on his shoulders just as Buddy Matthews, Harley Cameron, and “Timeless” Toni Storm did at GRAND SLAM: AUSTRALIA this past Saturday. Of that lot, only “The Timeless One” was successful in her championship endeavors, but perhaps Eagles can strap the ROH Pure Championship around his waist along with the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Titles he shares with Kosei Fujita.  Will this be the next step in Lee Moriarty's chase to become the greatest Pure Champion of all time, or will Robbie Eagles bring Moriarty's dream to a painful end in Brisbane? ROH World Tag Team Championship Match... The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara)(c) vs. MxM Collection (Mansoor & Mason Madden) MxM Collection have been on the hunt for the ROH World Tag Titles for several weeks now, going so far as to steal the championship belt from Sammy Guevara after he defeated Mansoor during HONOR CLUB #102. To their credit, the last few weeks have been a perfect time for MxM to set their sights on Guevara given that “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes has been focused on Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Now that the match with the former AEW World Champion is behind Dustin, he's ready to return to Australia for the first time since 2017 and show MxM Collection how to really walk the Runway of Honor! It's not with spectacular looks at the camera or their tips, it's through in-ring work and wrestling with the type of undeniable passion that Rhodes still carries in his heart even after 36 years of fighting the ring wars.  If Mansoor and Mason Madden hope to claim the ROH World Tag Titles and call themselves the genuine champions of the division, they're going to have to match that kind of fire and figure out how to top what The Sons of Texas bring to the table! Will MxM Collection leave Brisbane as the 70th ROH World Tag Champions or will The Sons of Texas bring the belts back home to the States to continue their pursuit of greatness? ROH Women’s World Championship Match...  “The Fallen Goddess” Athena(c) vs. Alex Windsor It has been 800 days since “The Fallen Goddess” Athena dethroned Mercedes Martinez to begin her historic ROH Women's World Championship reign. To give the woman her proper credit, it's not just historic for the ROH Women's World Title, but historic for the whole of Ring of Honor. For twenty years Samoa Joe held the record as the longest reigning title holder in ROH history with his 645-day tenure as ROH World Champion. His run from NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS on 3/22/03 to FINAL BATTLE 2004 on 12/26/04 was something of legend, and featured a record-setting 29 title defenses. Though that number was surpassed shortly thereafter by Nigel McGuinness and Bryan Danielson (each with 38), the duration of his run was never remotely in jeopardy. Then came Athena, and since December 10, 2022 she has been utterly unstoppable. She's turned away 26 challenges for her title from 23 different women, and shut down the hopes of aspiring challengers across 30 Proving Ground and and four Eliminator contests. She's 63-0 in singles ROH-related competition, and her only ROH losses came in tag matches where Billie Starkz lost the match for their team. Athena has defended the title across the United States, in Canada, and now she brings it to Australia for the very first time against a woman who hasn't competed in ROH since HONOR CLUB #68 last May, but who made quite an impression in her lone outing. Alex Windsor, a 16-year veteran trained by the Knight family, has competed against the best throughout her wrestling career, including multiple battles with Toni Storm before All Elite Wrestling even existed, as well as fights with Riho, Miyu Yamashita, Maki Ito, and she was the woman who unified the RevPro Undisputed British Women's Championship with the Southside Wrestling Women's Title to create the two-belt championship that Mercedes Moné now proudly wears. It was a title she held for 769 days, the longest reign in the championship's history, before she was dethroned at the end of 2023. That loss actually led to one of the strongest years in Windsor's career as she fought in England and Denmark, for NJPW at WINDY CITY RIOT 2024 in Chicago, and even in a Dog Collar match to try and regain that RevPro championship. She took on Thunder Rosa in the States, made her AEW debut and brought that rivalry with Toni Storm to RAMPAGE, made her ROH debut, and even traveled to CMLL in October. She's been an extraordinarily busy competitor, even facing Toni Storm on the 2025 Jericho Cruise just a few weeks ago! So suffice to say she's more than prepared to step into the ring with “The Forever Champion” Athena tonight at GLOBAL WARS 2025! Alex Windsor is ready to make an indelible mark on Ring of Honor with our first-ever Australian event, and shatter the unbelievable winning streak that Athena has been on for four-plus years! ALSO FEATURING: -The Don Callis Family's Mark Davis in action! -And More! AEW/ROH GLOBAL WARS 2025 gets underway tonight at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT only on HONOR CLUB with three championship matches for the ROH faithful! Then be right back here on Honor Club Thursday night at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT for ROH's weekly presentation featuring more action from world's best wrestlers!

This week we've got an extra-special presentation for the ROH faithful as tonight's matches all went down during the Jericho Cruise: Six On The Beach extravaganza! We've got AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita returning to ROH for the first time in almost two years and facing “The Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington in an Eliminator Match. Ricochet wrestling his first ROH match since a SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2009 pre-show trios battle, Harley Cameron and Billie Starkz squaring off for the first time, The Patriarchy's Nick Wayne returning to ROH for an ROH World TV Title bout against Komander, and Jay Lethal stepping back in his house to face MxM Collection's Mason Madden! We've got collections featuring Kenny Omega, Claudio Castagnoli, Jay Lethal, and more, plus we are celebrating ROH's looming 23rd anniversary with the addition of ROH:YEAR THREE featuring the original Survival of the Fittest contest, Jushin “Thunder” Liger, The Trilogy, the legendary Samoa Joe/Jay Briscoe cage match, and the culmination of Joe's historic World Title reign! ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH... Komander(c) vs. The Patriarchy's Nick Wayne Komander has been extremely busy since winning the ROH World TV Title at FINAL BATTLE 2024! Not only has he successfully defended the title against both QT Marshall and Johnny TV, he beat Claudio Castagnoli in the 2024 Continental Classic, stepped into the ring with both “The Bastard” PAC and AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada, and welcomed both QT and “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson on the Proving Ground. Unfortunately both QT and Lee found ways to last the 10-minute time limit, and while Marshall's bid to claim the World TV Title was rebuked, “Big Shotty” is still owed one from his Proving Ground bout during HONOR CLUB #101. Lee will have to patiently wait to see who he gets that shot against because tonight on HONOR CLUB, Komander is facing The Patriarchy's Nick Wayne in a championship battle! Though the two men have had a number of interactions in the last two years, including a Four-Way on the October 5, 2024 COLLISION and a tag match one year prior to that where they joined to face Aussie Open, they've never gone one-on-one. It's a huge opportunity for young Mr. Wayne as he's 2-1 in ROH competition with that one loss stemming from a Pure Championship battle against Katsuyori Shibata during HONOR CLUB #30. Can Nick Wayne make his father proud and bring a title back to The Patriarchy, or will Komander continuing showing the world why he's one of the most exciting athletes to step into the ROH ring in some time! ELIMINATOR MATCH... AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita vs. “The Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington Coming off a huge NEVER Openweight Championship victory over Oleg Boltin at NJPW's A NEW BEGINNING IN OSAKA 2025 event, Konosuke Takeshita drops by the Jericho Cruise before he heads to Australia to give “The Dynamite Kid” Tommy Billington the biggest opportunity of his AEW/ROH career thus far, and bring the AEW International Championship to Ring of Honor for the first time! While the championship may not be on the line in this battle between “The Alpha” and “The Dynamite Kid”, the opportunity for Tommy Billington to earn a future title opportunity is as this will be contested under Eliminator Rules! If Billington can find a way to beat the International Champion, he will earn himself a future title match, and certainly put a damper on The Alpha's momentum as he prepares for the tag team battle with Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay at GRAND SLAM: AUSTRALIA on Saturday! ONE-ON-ONE... Harley Cameron vs. Billie Starkz Harley Cameron is on the precipice of the biggest night of her wrestling career: a TBS Championship match with “The CEO” Mercedes Moné at GRAND SLAM: AUSTRALIA this Saturday, and that's on the heels of getting her first televised singles victory over Taya Valkyrie on the 2/1/25 COLLISION. Add that into the wild Halftime Harley performance we were treated to on the last edition of COLLISION, and it's been a banner couple weeks for Harley. However it's not enough, and she's coming to back to Ring of Honor tonight to share her wrath with the Jericho Cruise! In this case it means stepping into the ring with Billie Starkz for the very first time and looking to keep the momentum going as she prepares to hop on the plane to Brisbane! For Starkz its a weird time; she had a few weeks of breathing room after her FINAL BATTLE 2024 loss to ROH Women's World Champion Athena because “The Fallen Goddess” was on her World Tour competing in Stardom. However with Athena's return last week, it looks like Billie has fallen right back into the role she's spent the better part of the last 18 months occupying, only now she's also doing the job Lexy Nair had before Athena fired her from M.I.T. Starkz couldn't have summed it up any better than when, at one point during Athena's Proving Ground bout with Carolina Cruz, Billie said “We've been through this already!”, and therein lies the biggest question with Billie Starkz. Has she resigned herself to playing this supporting role in Athena's career after twice failing to beat her for the championship? Is this all Billie thinks her value is now? SINGLES MATCH “The Franchise” Jay Lethal vs. MxM Collection's Mason Madden You wouldn't know it from how things looked after the match, but it was Mansoor who fell to ROH World Tag Champion Sammy Guevara last week during HONOR CLUB. However it was he and Mason Madden who left Sammy Guevara laying and departed Jacksonville with one of the ROH World Tag Title belts in their possession. MxM Collection made it clear weeks ago they had designs on the belts held by Guevara and Dustin Rhodes, but that implied they intended to earn their match not just steal a belt from its rightful owner. As unpredictable as these Jericho Cruises can be, perhaps Sammy Guevara will be on-hand tonight during HONOR CLUB when Mason Madden steps into the ring with former ROH World Tag Champion Jay Lethal, “The Franchise of ROH”! In addition to having held the ROH World Title twice, the World TV Title twice, as well as the ROH Pure Title, Lethal was also one-half of the longest reigning World Tag Team Champions in ROH history with 441 days to his resume! So he's quite familiar with the drive to hold those titles that MxM Collection is currently experiencing, but he's also someone who earned it the hard way (fighting The Briscoes at FINAL BATTLE 2019) and doesn't have much appreciation for someone just absconding with the title after a two-on-one assault.  Can Mason Madden and Mansoor use that numbers advantage to leave Lethal the same way they left Sammy Guevara, or will “The Franchise of ROH” show MxM Collection what happens when they come to play in his yard? ONE-ON-ONE... Ricochet vs. Serpentico Serpentico is on a roll here in Ring of Honor, at least by his standards. Two weeks he scored a one-on-one victory over Brandon Cutler, his second over the last four singles matches, and for Serpentico that is a huge milestone. However tonight that run may come to a sharp conclusion as he steps into the ring with Ricochet for the very first time! Despite being an active competitor since October 2003, Ricochet only ever stepped inside an ROH ring on one occasion, and that was actually in a dark match prior to SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST 2009. That makes this fight with Serpentico his first match on an official Ring of Honor event, and that's a huge milestone for the career of a competitor who's traveled all across the world and collected championships! Could we see more of Ricochet in ROH after this, or is he simply taking advantage of the situation to send another message to Swerve Strickland at Serpentico's expense? TAG TEAM ACTION... The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) vs.  Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) Last week, in the main event of HONOR CLUB #102, The Outrunners scored a huge tag team victory in the Four-Way bout that included Dark Order, Premier Athletes, and their opponents for this evening, the Grizzled Young Veterans James Drake and Zack Gibson! Failure to win the bout was disappointing enough for GYV, but the fact that James Drake was the man pinned by The Outrunners following Total Recall was just too much for them to take.  Tonight they look to even the score for that loss, but it's far more than just that as Truth Magnum, Turbo Floyd, Gibson, and Drake have issues dating back to last year's August 30th edition of RAMPAGE when GYV, in their first match as official members of the AEW locker room, defeated The Outrunners. They were also mutual participants in the Tag Team Casino Gauntlet on DYNAMITE last September, met in a huge 10-Man tag on COLLISION a few weeks later, then met in their second tag team encounter on the 10/5/24 COLLISION. The Outrunners evened the score with GYV that night, scoring their second-ever win on television and certainly the biggest in their career to that point. The issues between the four men have carried over to Ring of Honor, and now even onto the high seas, but who will score victory tonight in their rubber match?
